Certisfied reserves the right to terminate any authentication services and exclude any individual or entity from utilizing our services if it is determined that our address or platform is being used for fraudulent purposes. Any such determination will be made at the sole discretion of Certisfied, and we shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such exclusion.

1. Information We Collect About You

We will collect and process the following personal data from you:

1.1 Information needed to use our website

• 1. Information for account formation, contacts, and profiles. Such as your first and last names, contact information (including phone number and email address), mailing address, birthdate, and profile picture, some of which will be determined by the features you use.
• 2. Payment information and identity verification. Information about your bank account or payment account, photographs of your government-issued ID (as permitted by applicable regulations), your License number, or other forms of identification verification. We will ask for payment information to complete certain things, for example to complete a property promotion. If you give us a copy of your ID, we may scan, use, and retain the data on it to confirm your identity.

1.2 Information you give us

• 1. Signing Up for Content Delivered via Email: When you sign up for a report or other content delivered by email, we will ask for your email address. We may also ask for your name as well as capture your IP address.
• 2. Subscribing to a Service: When subscribing to any of our newsletter or portfolio services, or purchasing a special report, we need to know the sort of information typically used for credit card transactions, such as your name, address, telephone number, and credit card number and expiration date. We encrypt all this information and they show up as token.
• 3. Other Services: We may also ask for additional information when providing other services. If you don’t want to give us the information requested, you certainly don’t have to, but you will not be able to take advantage of such offerings, or when communicating with customer care.
